I was tagged by hookedoncoffee, who just so happens to be my wonderful writing partner. :)

Ground Rules: The first player of this "game" starts with the topic "5 weird habits of yours" and people who get tagged need to write a LJ entry about their 5 quirky habits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next 5 people to be tagged and list their names.

1. I pick my nails. Usually, to the point where there's not much nail left...nervous habit from the time I was 7. I can count on one hand the few times I let them grow out. The longest was for 4 months, just before my wedding. Had to have that French manicure. ;)

2. Whenever I'm on the phone with someone, usually at work, I wag a pen up and down, up and down, up and down. In between I take notes. But I have to do that, for some odd reason.

3. Smear on my glasses drive me nuts, so once in awhile I'll move my head around looking for them.... *sigh*

4. I have a nervous tic that I've had since junior high. I appear (as I'm told, I don't know when I'm doing it) that it looks like I'm squinting or scrunching my face. Bizarre, I know, but I can't help it.

5. I have to sleep facing the wall when I'm in bed. This stems from when I was really young and had a nightmare about one of my porcelain dolls falling down on top of me. For years I couldn't sleep facing that side and over time I just always slept that way. The only time I didn't was when I had surgery on my jaw and HAD to sleep on the opposite side b/c it was too painful to put pressure on my bad side. Also when I first moved in with the soon-to-be ex, I ended up on the "wrong side" of his bed and couldn't sleep for days until he switched with me.

I forego tagging as I have few people who come by here.....
